E-Mail: [email protected] Information is also included as part of the Check-In Agreement when booking a reservation. Arrival/Departure Times Check-in after 4:00 PM local time. Check-out before 11:00 AM local time. Booking Fee The booking fee is non-refundable and taxable. It ensures that 4 Seasons Of Fun cabin is properly opened and prepared for your visit, that it is clean, the beds are made up with fresh linens, and each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and bath mats. A bundle of firewood and wood fire starter will be placed on the hearth, plus various other complimentary amenities. Because we will clean the house after your departure, your visit can be enjoyed to the moment of check out. Do not make the beds! Leave the cleaning to us! Cancellation
Cleaning and Ashes We know you will leave the house in a reasonably clean and orderly manner to avoid additional charges not covered by the Rental Agreement. Any repairs not considered normal wear and tear that are required to the property as a result of your stay, or "extraordinary" cleaning fees will be charged to your credit card (such as dishes not being washed, food left in fridge that needs to be disposed of, garbage or any other cleaning required that is beyond normal and reasonable in order to return the property to its original condition at check-in). Please be aware that altering wiring or rewiring electronic devices or moving furniture is not permitted and carries a $250.00 fine plus the cost of any repairs required as a result. Please leave hot coals or ashes in the fireplace and we will dispose of them. If you need to remove hot ashes at any time, please be sure to use metal containers provided and set the container on the hearth away from any flammable items. Please do NOT set any container filled with hot coals or ashes on the decks! Dishes Please wash your dishes before checking out. A minimum $25 fee will be charged for unwashed dishes. You may load the dishwasher and start it prior to your departure or leave clean dishes drying on the counter. Our cleaning crew will put away any clean dishes. In Case of Emergency For dire emergencies CALL 911 (accident, fire, intruders, flooding, etc). For minor emergencies and repairs, please contact our property manager as soon as possible at the phone number found in the Welcome Booklet. Firewood One complimentary bundle of wood (providing availability) and a wood fire starter will be placed in the cabin before you check-in. Extra firewood is not provided but are available for purchase at many local locations. Items Left Behind We are not responsible for retrieving forgotten articles. However, please contact our management company and if your items have been turned in, they will be happy to return any items to you. An additional fee may apply for overnight or express delivery. Key Pick-Up and Directions Keys and directions, including a map, will be packaged and ready at our office when you check in. Directions to 4 Seasons Of Fun cabin will be highlighted on the map. Check-in and key pick-up must be by the person named on the reservation and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with matching Photo ID. 4 Seasons Of Fun is equipped with basic necessities. All you need to bring are your clothes, personal items and food supplies. Minimum Reservations
Property Management Company Meredith Lodging 816 W Big Bear Blvd, Big Bear City, CA 92314 1-800-456-1452 (Call or Text) Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Maximum off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Exceeding these numbers is considered a violation of city code. The vehicles allowed must each display parking passes that are provided at check-in on their dashboards. Payment Schedule We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A down payment is required to book and hold your reservation. For bookings made in advance, we require a down payment equal to the half the rental rate in order to confirm your reservation. Full payment (or the balance due) will be charged to the credit card on file 15 days prior to arrival. Pets Pets are NOT ALLOWED on this property. Bringing any pet onto this property will result in a fine. Additionally, guests with unauthorized pets may be asked to vacate without refund. Quiet Time Big Bear Lake has a quiet time ordinance which is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please do not play music or talk loudly if you are outside after this time. Doing so is a violation of a city ordinance. Rental Age You must be at least 25 years of age to rent 4 Seasons Of Fun vacation cabin. Additionally, members of a non-family party must each be 25 years of age. Rental Rates Rates are subject to change without notice. Navigate to Availability & Rates tab to see current rates. Smoking “NO SMOKING” is a requirement in 4 Seasons Of Fun and carries a $200 fine for violation. We greatly appreciate your cooperation if smoking outside by appropriately disposing of cigarette butts, cigars, etc. Please DO NOT toss them onto the ground, or into flowerpots or shrubbery. Pine needles and forest debris can easily catch fire. You will be held responsible. Please be considerate by smoking at least twenty (20) feet away from any house entrance or window. Snow Removal and Weather Conditions Snow plowing is provided by the owner. Snow plowing means that an attempt will be made to clear sufficient space to allow parking “off-street”. In any event, you may need to walk through the snow to your cabin. No refunds will be considered for inaccessibility to the cabin due to snow. Rain, snow or fog may cause poor visibility on unfamiliar mountain roads. We recommend arriving before dark under such conditions. NOTE: Be sure to check with the U.S. Forest Service at 1-951-659-2117, the Highway Patrol at 1-951-845-4661, or Cal Trans at 1-800-427-7623 for weather conditions and snow chain or 4WD vehicle requirements. Telephone and Internet Service Enjoy fast Internet speeds up to 100+ Mbps. Surf on the couch, email from the kitchen, download on the deck(s) – get online from anywhere in the cabin using our wireless Internet. Trademarks The 4 Seasons Of Fun™ name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks, service marks or registered trademarks of 4 Seasons Of Fun™ and may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of 4 Seasons Of Fun™. Other products and service marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Transient Occupancy Tax A twelve percent (12%) Transient Occupancy Tax (Bed Tax) is collected on all reservations as required by San Bernardino County, California law. Trash Please be aware that guests have trash removal responsibility. You must dispose of your trash at either of two Clean Big Bear Public Trash Disposal Sites, Site #1 – 41974 Garstin or Site #2 – 39710 Big Bear Boulevard. There is a map provided with your check-in information showing these locations. A $25 per bag fine will be charged for trash left behind. Disclosure Although the information presented in the description of 4 Seasons Of Fun has been carefully researched and is as accurate as possible, the management company and the cabin owners are not responsible for any changes which may occur.
