A down payment is required to book and hold your reservation. For bookings made in advance, we require a down payment equal to half the rental rate in order to confirm your reservation.
Full payment (or the balance due) will be charged to the credit card on file 15 days prior to arrival (45 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's - 30 days for all other holidays).
