Awesome cabin - home away from home! We spent three nights at the cabin with our son and daughter-in-law and our three-year old granddaughter. We've vacationed in other cabins over the past thirty years and expected to find the usual very rustic, sparse accommodations we were used to experiencing. But not so here! This is more like an upscale hotel suite. The kitchen is better stocked than my own, the entertainment system and huge selection of DVDs is also more up to date than our system at home, and the bathrooms had every amenity a person could need. The welcome basket was a nice touch, with practical items like deodorant and fun items like activity books. It is also very child-friendly with games and puzzles for all ages. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful mountain home We booked a weeklong getaway for the family at the 4 Seasons of Fun. The cabin was just what we were hoping for. It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The gift basket was a thoughtful gesture and had plenty of extra things we might have forgot and extra fun things for the kids. They loved it! We enjoyed the kitchen and BBQ as well as walks to the Village for our meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Comforts of home with spectacular location Everything we needed was there. Well outfitted cabin, with modern undated appliances, on quiet street next to lake.
We caught some trout for dinner on lake, and the cabin had every thing we needed to cook them up for dinner. Even some seasonings!
Great movie selection to choose from too.
They have thought of everything to make you feel at home.

Couldn't have asked for a better trip! Our We recently stayed at this cabin for a 4 night stay the beginning of August 2014. (4 adults and a 2 year old). Accommodations were spacious- a master bedroom with own bath and a door leading out to the porch on one side of the living room and on the other side of the living room were 2 bedrooms (one with multiple twin beds and another with a queen sized bed and a shared full bath. What we liked the best was that there was a sliding door that blocked entry to the 2 bedrooms/bathroom from the living room. This allowed us to block out any living room noise while baby was napping!
The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed picking out a dvd to watch at night (there were 100 different titles). The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and cookware although we did eat out for most meals.
We absolutely loved sitting on the porch. There were a total of 4 rockers and 4 adults- PERFECT! There is a beautiful partial view of the lake from the front porch. The Jacuzzi spa was an added bonus! There was also a BBQ on the back side porch (which is accessible through the kitchen door) but we did not use the BBQ while there.
We felt it was a little too far to walk to the village with our little one, however, the description is accurate that it is probably a 15 minute walk to the village. Driving was 2 minutes. We enjoy kayaking and there are 2 marinas near by- one of them is a 2 minute walk and the other maybe 5 minutes.
Overall we had an absolutely WONDERFUL stay and can't wait to use this cabin for future visits!

Home away from Home! Our family just loved our stay here! We were 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 small children. The house was clean, ready on time and so well stocked with little things that we felt completely at home. You definitely feel the welcoming presence of the owners! They even set out a welcome basket for when we arrived. Such a nice touch! The house is very centrally located - walking distance to marinas and the village and has a nice view of the lake. We've rented in Big Bear a few times before but this was our best experience - I look forward to bringing my family back to this house again!

Perfect location, close to town with great view of the lake! I don't usually write reviews, but was so impressed by this lovely cabin in an absolute perfect location. It was a great four nights for my husband and I, our two teens and their two friends. The cabin is very clean and has everything you can imagine to make your stay effortless. It has a great floor plan, with master bedroom on opposite side of cabin. Beds are super comfortable. The owner left us a cute basket full of goodies. The kitchen is better stocked than my own! There is a new washer and dryer and nice appliances. I loved sitting out on the front porch sipping wine and reading my book, the view is beautiful. We walked everywhere. Rented a kayak and jet ski at the marina just steps away. Went shopping in the charming town of Big Bear, not more than ten minutes away. The bowling alley is right across the street and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed the Evergreen (although a little pricey), Teddy Bear Restaurant was great for breakfast. The cabin is stocked with plenty of games, books and movies to watch. Super comfortable couch with a nice flat screen TV...and even has WiFi. We all enjoyed the spa. We are going to tell all of our friends about this fantastic cabin and plan to come back again and again...the owner thought of everything.

Very comfortable house We loved this house in Big Bear - lots of space and an excellent location. The house is full of bears (and a Christmas tree) and has plenty of supplies, games and DVDs. There was lots of things to do in the area - we went down the alpine slide at Magic Mountain, go-karting at the same place, visited Big Bear zoo, hired bikes at snow summit - took the chairlift up and cycled down the mountain, and hired a pontoon boat on the lake - all in one day!

Excellent friendly cabin next to the lake Very nice and personable cabin with views of the lake. Well stocked amenities. Enjoyed relaxing on the front deck, sipping and gazing at the wonderful lake view. Very close to walk into the village area, but with all the current DVDs available to enjoy, much entertainment to hang and not leave. Great kitchen - loaded with everything you need to make a quick meal or an easy snack. Everything was very clean and well kept. We'll be back!!!

Cabin! We came up to Big Bear for a President's day weekend. While there was no snow in Big Bear that weekend, the cabin itself was great. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. and we definitely enjoyed the spa. Overall amazing experience with no complaints. It's fairly close to the marina/water. I'd love to come back during the summer months.
