Such a wonderful place to stay AGAIN!

Went out of our way to look at where we had stayed before because it was just the perfect place. The location can't be beat. So close for our family and daughter and family with an almost 1 year old so we could walk to the village every day.....coffee, brunch, watch a Nascar race, and of course do a little shopping! I believe people underestimate how much communication goes between an owner and a rental company to have a vacation rental. (especially during Covid). Bottom line: They make it seamless! Have fun....enjoy the coziness of the cabin, the jacuzzi, and the view from those windows!

Exceptional stay!

The house was perfect in every way.. the pictures posted were not deceiving when we arrived the house was impeccable, with all the necessary items. We felt so at home. It was super comfortable and clean and just “Home”. I would recommend it to family and friends anytime. I actually already looked to book it in February. Everything was clean and well supplied. Best experience ever. Loved the big back yard I didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy a good time at snow backyard did it.

Great place to stay!

This was a great 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin. Very close to town and the lake. We walked back and fourth all 4 days and it was great and easy to find. There is lake view, but there are a couple houses right in front of the cabin. But you can still see the lake so that was nice! We'd come back for sure! Thanks!

Cozy Getaway

My husband and I escaped city life for the mountains for our 25th anniversary. Our stay at the 4 Seasons of Fun was relaxing, quiet, and so cozy! The cabin is centrally located, we walked to the marina and the village each day. We cooked amazing dinners in the fully stocked kitchen, and relaxed by the fireplace each night. I will definitely come back here and next time we will come during wintertime.

Great location, great layout, peaceful, and well stocked

Loved staying here we will be back. Only downside is having to drive to the office to pick up the keys. Highly recommended installing passcode lock instead for easier check in. Otherwise this was walkable to the marina, etc.

Cozy Cabin

Enjoyed three nights in the well furnished cabin. Nice view of the lake. Great location. Close to the marina and village. Will definitely want to stay there again and would highly recommend it to friends.

Big Bear Escape

This property has a great location close to village and lake view. House is clean and well maintained. It was nice that soap and shampoo was provided even though we brought our own. Kitchen was great with everything you would need for your stay. First night we noticed a bat was flying in the house, however after calling maintenance man and searching entire house we never found it or seen it after it's friendly visit. 😳� Not sure where it went. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

Unfortunate cancelation after first night of four night reservation.

The location was good if you intend to tour the lake or do other activities from the marina. The hot tub was on the front porch which is about 20 feet from. and ten feet above the street. No privacy. If you want location and do not spent a lot of time in the house it's ok. It's well cared for, and was clean for an older property. We did have an issue of finding a few insects in the bedding which were identified as ticks by the property management as ticks (from pictures I emailed and by their representative that came to look) . We opted to leave after the first night. They did refund the fee for the next three booked nights.

Your feedback highlights the spa -- and in that regard -- please know that it’s one of the most positive commented upon cabin features. Guests continually say they love relaxing in the warn water while enjoying the lake and mountain views through the privacy lattice-work. Spa-time is one of my families’ favorite de-stressing activities when we stay at the cabin.

We’re happy to pass along your comment about the cabin being well-cared for and clean to our property management team who spends considerable time cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing everything in the cabin including all bedding. These actions follow Vrbo COVID-19 guidelines. For example, we allow three days of non-rental between guests in order for any potential virus droplets to settle and be removed plus these cleaning actions occur the day before a guest arrives. We are committed to guest safety!

It’s unfortunate you found a bug during your brief stay. I understand this was your first time staying in the Big Bear Lake area. On the one hand, bugs (ants, spiders, etc.), animals (raccoons, mice, etc.), and birds (bald eagles, bats, etc.) are a fact of life in the mountains. On the other, we don’t want them around or in the cabin. We employ a professional pest control company who frequently sprays for a lot of these pests. They most recently performed preventative spraying in Aug-2020. No bugs were found in the cabin at that time nor were any seen during cleaning and on inspection walk-thru the morning before your arrival. We requested the pest control company re-inspect the cabin a day after your departure. They could not find any bugs in the cabin and they commented that your photos showed a “tick”. They also confirmed that ticks cannot live at Big Bear Lake due to the high altitude. You mentioned you found a tick on your jacket which leads us to believe you brought the tick up the mountain and into the cabin on your clothes.

Big Bear Long Weekend

Very Nice; good location. Just two things: the AC does not work well; the outdoor furniture could use some cushions. Otherwise we had a great time and so did the kids.

Pure relaxation

Our stay here was absolutely lovely. The cabin is VERY clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the lake views are gorgeous. It’s close to everything Big Bear has to offer. We felt right at home and can’t wait to come back!

Best rental experience!

We have been coming to Big Bear annually, and this has been our best rental experience by far. The owner was very communicative from the beginning, sending detailed calendars and “things to do” lists before our arrival. The property management company continued the hospitality. We were greeted by a goody basket filled with essentials (and non-essentials) we may have forgotten - toothbrushes, deodorant, chips, coloring books, etc. The property location is fantastic. The short walk to the village, and lake views from the hot tub cannot be beat at this price! We will definitely be looking to stay again.

Fantasia location

This is a spectacular cabin. The layout is very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4 plus another couple. Everything from kitchen and bathrooms to DVD collection was well stocked. The highlight is the location. Walk across the street to the lake, a few blocks to the town mainstreet and a block from the bowling barn and several great restaurants. We would likely stay again for another big bear getaway.
