Rental Fees

Cabin rental rates do not include the following additional fees.
Cleaning $110 per stay
Booking $40 per stay
Big Bear Lake resort tax 11% of rent

Payment Method

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
  • A down payment is required to book and hold your reservation. For bookings made in advance, we require a down payment equal to half the rental rate in order to confirm your reservation.
  • Full payment (or the balance due) will be charged to the credit card on file 15 days prior to arrival (45 days for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's - 30 days for all other holidays).
