Is there a minimum number of nights required when renting our cabin?

Non-holiday periods require a 2 night minimum stay. Holiday periods typically require a 3-4 night minimum stay. Please refer to our Rates table for more detail.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

When is check-in, check-out?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM local time. Check-out is before 11:00 AM local time.

What do I need for check-in?

Check-in must be by the person named on the reservation and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with matching Photo ID.

How will I get the keys?

You’ll receive instructions on where to pick up the keys upon final payment of a booked reservation. Arriving late at night? No worries. After hours key pick-up can be arranged. Key pick up must be by the person named on the reservation and they must present the credit card used to pay for the reservation, along with matching Photo ID.

Are linens and towels provided?

We provide fresh linens and towels at the beginning of your stay. No need to bring your own linens and towels. Some of the other items included with your reservation are: blankets with the beds made up and ready for your arrival, Towels consisting of bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and kitchen towels, Paper products including facial tissue, toilet tissue and paper towels, Complimentary products including high quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer.

I'm traveling with a baby/toddler. What amenities do you have available?

We love having little ones visit! A Pack-N-Play sleeper is available. We ask that you bring linens for the pack-n-play sleeper (regular crib sheets will work fine).

Does the cabin have a clothes washer?

We have a HE front load, extra-large 4.0 cu.ft. capacity tub washer and a front load, 7.3 cu. Ft ultra capacity dryer for your convenience. Washing detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

Is there internet access?

Enjoy blazing fast speeds up to 115 Mbps. Surf on the couch, email from the kitchen, download on the deck(s) – get online from anywhere in the cabin using the dual-band 5GB/2.4GB WiFi.

Is the kitchen stocked?

Yes, the kitchen is fully stocked and we encourage you to cook your own meals unless, of course, cooking isn’t your ideal vacation activity. There are great restaurants to choose from only a 7 minute walk to The Village.

Is there a hot tub?

Yes. Come let your stress melt away in a professionally cleaned and maintained hot tub on the front deck as you watch the sunset over Big Bear Lake and surrounding mountains.

When can the fireplace be used?

The fireplace is available for use year-round. A complementary firewood bundle and a fire starter are provided.

Is there a grill?

Yes, you’ll find a 4-Burner LP Gas Grill on side deck with lake and mountain views.

Is smoking permitted?

4 Seasons Of Fun is a smoke-free cabin. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking locations.

How close is the cabin to the lake?

Lake access is approximately 400’ from our front door, a 1 minute stroll.

Do you allow pets?

Pets are not allowed.

Is there daily housekeeping service?

There is not a daily housekeeping service. However, if you are interested, this can be provided at an additional fee.

What is the minimum age for someone to rent our cabin?

Mature, responsible guests 25 years of age and older are welcomed.
